Eligibility
- Request must be made within 5 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and original packaging
- Items showing wear, odor, damage, or alterations may be refused
Exchanges
- Exchanges for size or style are available, subject to stock availability
- We recommend contacting us first to reserve the exchange item if inventory is limited
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Please use a trackable shipping method
Refund Timing
- Inspection is completed within 3–7 business days after delivery to our return facility
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
